iQOO launched the anticipated Z10R smartphone that emerged as a powerful entrant in the lower-end segment that is sold below 20K. The Z10R leads with a 6.77 inch curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz rate, and supported by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chip. Leaks and teasers tell that it is equivalent to the Z10R in terms of several of its specifications: the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, 12 GB RAM, a 6.77-inch, quad-curved screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, and IP68/IP69 resistance. The T4R is the difference maker as it comes with a 7300mAh battery with an extremely swift 90W fast charger and targets photography lovers having a 50MP Sony IMX882 units camera and 32MP 4K front camera.
The two smartphones highlight the fact that there is a growing competition in the middle range as both offer high end features at affordable prices. Initial ratings indicate that these releases will establish new standards to the category.
