Microsoft claims that Office app (MS Word) will open quicker on Windows 11

In one of the announcements, Microsoft has declared a major boost in the performance of its Office deal, in which Windows 11 will launch Microsoft Word and other Office applications much quicker than before. This enhancement is one of the steps that the company has taken to streamline productivity tools in terms of speed and performance, so that they are able to launch documents without too much delay.  

Microsoft has indicated that improved background cleaning, streamlining of codes and codes allow the update to minimize start up times. The company has been keen on ensuring that all the pre-loading activities that are not necessary are reduced so that when one clicks the app, Word opens almost immediately. The current change is especially useful to the professional workers and students who at times open documents every now and then during the day.  

The improvement has been introduced via Microsoft 365 upgrades, so that subscribers will have the benefits installed automatically. According to preliminary testers, the differences have already become visible as Word can now launch up to 30 percent faster on Windows 11 than on older versions.  

The company has also indicated that it will optimise other Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint in another effort to ensure a smooth user experience. The upgrade sticks with the speed-and-efficiency focus of Windows 11 and re-enforces Microsoft plans to have its software more integrated with the operating system.  

By default, users are advised to ensure that their office apps are up to date so that they can have the benefit of the faster loads. This improvement is another part of Microsoft improving its original productivity compatriot on the basis of being able to operate with modern processes.
